Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule preventive maintenance of bottling & blending and packing, fermentation machines etc. to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults and alarm in bottling & blending and packing, fermentation machine and equipment
• Support set-up and changeover of machines based on production requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with plant safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Record all maintenance activities in equipment history logs or computerized machine maintenance systems and continuous reliability improvement initiatives
• Provide on-call or shift based technical support during production operations
• Coordination and training with machine makers for major repairs or equipment servicing

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering or Technical courses
• At least five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing firms under maintenance and engineering
• With strong knowledge on mechanical and electrical equipment installation, repair and maintenance, HMI & PLC programming and troubleshooting, 5S, GMP, Microsoft Office and MS Project, ISO, HACCP and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
