Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Manila is seeking a Global SSC/People Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR operational support across multiple countries. You will own onboarding, employee experience, and lifecycle activities from hire to offboarding, collaborating with HRBP and EOR vendors.

You will help set up new country operations, manage HRIS data, and coordinate payroll processes, ensuring accurate records and timely responses to employee inquiries in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally supporting multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment practices; familiarity with APAC laws is a plus.
• Hands-on onboarding, offboarding and employee data management.
• Experience with EOR vendors and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and employee experience.
• Support initial HR setup for new countries entering the region.
• Coordinate with Employer of Record (EOR) vendors and track SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries.
• Audit payroll input data with external payroll/EOR vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate HR data and HRIS records.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and country-specific Q&A documentation.
