Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in Manila, PH seeks a Director of People Operations to lead HR data governance, payroll, benefits, and compliance for a 1,800-person global organization. You will own master data integrity, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and multi-country HR standards while partnering with Finance, Legal and Global Payroll.

You will manage an 8–12 person team, implement SOPs, and drive the annual compensation review cycle, focusing on DOLE compliance and data privacy

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR experience.
• 3+ years in HR Operations Leadership roles.
• Experience in multi-country HR operations (Asia/Latin America).
• Expert knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE reporting.
• Proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday/SuccessFactors/Sprout/BambooHR) and Deel.
• Meticulous, service-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data governance and two-person input control.
• Lead payroll, benefits, and rewards administration.
• Ensure DOLE and privacy compliance across regional hubs.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs and data integrity standards.
• Drive international expansion support and cross-country HR alignment.
• Lead a team of 8–12 HR operations specialists.
