Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) in the Philippines seeks a Director of People Operations to lead HR data governance, lifecycle logistics, and total rewards across a growing multi-country footprint. You will oversee master data integrity, benefits, and labor compliance while partnering with Finance and Global Payroll.

This role manages 8–12 specialists, drives SOPs, and ensures strict two-person input controls to support payroll cycles and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Operations leadership, HR Shared Services, or Senior HR Generalist in BPO/offshore/shared services.
• International HR experience across Asia or Latin America is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of Philippine labor standards, DOLE reporting, social benefits frameworks, and Data Privacy Act (DPO).
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Sprout, BambooHR) and global platforms like Deel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows with 100% Day-1 system readiness.
• Manage contracts, NDAs, rate addendums, promotions, and deductions.
• Ensure COE turnaround and final pay disbursement within statutory timelines.
• Oversee HMO enrollments, renewals, and medical claims processing with tight SLAs.
• Lead salary bands, benchmarking, and annual compensation reviews; manage government benefit claims.
• Own master data accuracy in Pulse/Deel and enforce two-person input controls.
