Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an organized HR Operations Coordinator to join our Global HR Operations team in Manila.

You will support employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, and data integrity across HR systems, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery. The role emphasizes handling HR inquiries, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Shared Services, Recruiting Coordination, or related administrative role.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, ATS, ticketing, or case management systems (e.g., Workday, FreshService, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to effectively support employees, candidates, managers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor HR Operations and Talent Acquisition shared mailboxes.
• Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries through ticketing platforms within SLAs.
• Provide timely and professional support on HR policies, processes, programs, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare and process onboarding documentation and employee records.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and onboarding communications.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
• Track completion of onboarding requirements and proactively address delays.
• Process HR transactions including new hires and rehires, data changes, job changes, transfers, compensation updates, leaves, and separations.
