Acquire Intelligence in Manila seeks an Operations Manager to ensure efficient back-of-house operations, leading HR administration, payroll approvals, attendance, and leave management across multiple departments. You will coordinate with Australian and Manila teams to ensure policy compliance, staff engagement, and a well-run environment.

Strong BPO experience and people leadership are valued. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating change, and driving performance

Responsibilities

• Approve and process timesheets; oversee staff attendance, leave balances, and rostering across all supported teams.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries relating to pay, leave, and HR matters.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding where required.
• Ensure staff engagement and retention is high.
• Support performance management processes, including coordinating documentation, timelines, and communication between managers and team members.
• Lead, support, and develop staff across the Manila-based function.
