Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the back-of-house functions across HR administration, staff engagement, payroll approvals, and attendance and leave management.

The role acts as the central link between SEN’s Australian and Manila teams, ensuring compliant processes, strong performance, and a supportive working environment. You will guide daily tasks and drive change as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and people management.
• BPO/outsourcing background preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff attendance, leave balances, and payroll-related activities across all supported teams.
• Lead Manila-based back-office operations and coordinate with SEN Australia to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment obligations, and foster a positive work environment.
• Drive staff engagement, retention, and performance management processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and manage change as needed.
