Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Manila back-of-house functions, covering HR administration, payroll approvals, attendance and leave management, and cross-team coordination with the Australian and Manila offices.

You will drive process improvements, staff engagement, and operational efficiency, while supporting performance management and ensuring compliance with company policy. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and operations management within a corporate setting.
• Strong people leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, attendance and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Approve and process timesheets.
• Oversee staff attendance, leave balances, and rotering across all supported teams, liaising with team leaders on discrepancies or concerns.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries relating to pay, leave, and general HR matters, escalating complex issues as required.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding where required.
• Ensure staff engagement and retention is high.
• Support performance management processes, including coordinating documentation, timelines, and communication between managers and team member.
• Lead, support, and develop staff across the Manila based function.
• Attend WIP meetings with managers to discuss roles and workloads, and make recommendations as needed.
• Understand staff workloads and capacity and propose changes to meet operational needs.
