You’ll oversee attendance, leave, payroll approvals, and staff engagement while driving performance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR and payroll processes across multiple departments.
• Strong people management and staff engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate between international teams and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Approve and process timesheets.
• Oversee attendance, leave balances, and rostering for all teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for pay, leave, and HR matters.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure staff engagement and retention.
• Support performance management with documentation and timelines.
• Lead and develop staff in the Manila function.
