Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Seller Support Specialist to resolve operational and logistical issues for FBS sellers. You will act as a liaison between Seller Management and internal teams (Warehouse, Finance) to ensure accurate processing and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with ticketing systems, and clear communication. Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years in e-commerce operations are welcome; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced operations support, logistics coordination, or service/helpdesk in e-commerce.
• Experience with ticketing/case management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with large datasets to troubleshoot.
• Organizational and attention-to-detail skills; highly process-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional in relaying complex issues to stakeholders.
• Self-starter with proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple issues under tight deadlines.
• Chinese language skills (written/oral) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily operational support tickets and inquiries related to warehouse and logistics processes.
• Track and maintain records for VAS charges and the official seller liquidation list.
• Investigate and resolve critical operational issues and escalations, including incorrect deliveries and shipment disputes.
• Act as the central liaison between Warehouse operations and internal/external stakeholders for daily performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Handle and process warehouse claims with checks, documentation, and timely processing.
• Ensure Return-To-Seller processes and seller liquidation activities are executed accurately and in compliance with policies.
