J-K Netwok Services, an IT company, is hiring a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst in Biñan, Laguna. The role is dayshift with a hybrid setup, and compensation ranges from Php 85,000 to Php 100,000 monthly.

Open to Filipino professionals proficient in Mandarin and English, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting-related fields and at least 3 years of AP/P2P experience. ERP experience like Oracle Cloud or SAP is preferred. Benefits include meal allowances, medical plans, leave benefits, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with POs and GRs for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and assist in month-end close.
• Support process improvements in invoice handling and cash flow.
