Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices including validation and posting.
• Match invoices to POs and GRs for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier/internal inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Suggest improvements to streamline invoice processing and financial workflows.
