J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a relevant accounting degree, and 3+ years in AP or Procure to Pay. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SAP and S2P is a big advantage.

Work setup is hybrid with dayshift schedule. Salary ranges from Php 85,000 to Php 100,000 monthly, with benefits including meal allowance, medical plans, 13th month pay, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily supplier invoices and ensure timely validation and posting.
• Match invoices with POs and GRs for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier/internal inquiries.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement of invoice processing and financial workflows.
