Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and handle inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvements to streamline invoice processing and financial workflows.
