Job summary
J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines seeks a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid work setup. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a relevant bachelor's degree, and 3+ years in AP/Procure to Pay.
Experience with Oracle Cloud or SAP is advantageous. Salary ranges from PHP 85,000 to PHP 100,000 monthly with Dayshift schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, sick and vacation leaves, 13th month pay, and performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Requires Mandarin and English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SAP.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial transactions and timely posting of supplier invoices.
- Match invoices with POs and GRs for accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier/internal inquiries.
- Review supplier accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing and improve workflows.
