J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a dayshift hybrid role. Salary range Php 85,000–Php 100,000 with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Open to Filipino professionals proficient in Mandarin and English, with a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in Accounts Payable. Prior S2P exposure and ERP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay / Invoice Management.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with timely validation and posting.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and handle supplier inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing and improve workflows.
