Job summary

J-K Netwok Services seeks a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for its Biñan, Laguna location. The role operates on a dayshift schedule (Mon-Fri) with a hybrid setup, handling supplier invoices and related AP processes.

Open to Filipino professionals fluent in Mandarin and English, holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3+ years in AP or P2P. ERP experience (Oracle Cloud/SAP) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling supplier and internal inquiries.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing and improve financial workflows.
