J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a dayshift hybrid role. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, with at least 3 years of AP experience and familiarity with Source-to-Pay processes using Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. You will manage supplier invoices, match with PO/GR, resolve discrepancies, and assist in monthly reconciliations while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounts payable / procure-to-pay experience.
• Experience with S2P processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support process improvements to optimize AP workflows.
