Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst in Biñan, Laguna. The role is a hybrid work setup with a dayshift schedule and a salary range of Php 85,000 to Php 100,000.

Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese professionals fluent in Mandarin and English, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in Accounts Payable. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP is preferred and SAP experience is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily supplier invoices with timely validation and posting.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline invoicing and financial workflows.
