J-K Netwok Services in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Procurement and Logistics Coordinator. You will develop procurement strategies, lead contract and price negotiations, and manage supplier performance to meet cost targets and delivery needs.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, SCM, or related field, at least 3 years in strategic procurement, and SAP/ERP proficiency. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements.
• Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
• Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Graduate in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to all undergraduates with experience.
• Having 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Knowledgeable in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• With relevant experience in markets, suppliers, and product categories.
