J-K Netwok Services, a global dental sector solutions provider, is seeking a Mandarin Logistics Support Coordinator in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

The role operates on a hybrid setup (2 onsite days, 3 days WFH) with a midshift schedule (2PM-11PM or 3PM-12MN) and a monthly salary of PHP 100,000. You will coordinate procurement logistics, support supplier relationships, and participate in contract negotiations within a shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends and aligning with business requirements.
• Lead contract, pricing and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with terms and cost targets.
• Manage supplier relationships including evaluation, performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives and budget analysis.
• Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance and promote company policies and values.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
• With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Knowledgeable in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.
