J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Procurement / Sourcing Coordinator for a hybrid role in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. The job focuses on strategic procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization within a shared services context.

The candidate should have 3+ years in procurement, Mandarin fluency, and experience with SAP/ERP. Onsite 2 days and remote 3 days per week, with competitive benefits and government-m mandated provisions.

Formación

• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
• Fluent in Mandarin (speak, read, write) for business communications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and supplier markets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing markets and aligning with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost savings opportunities through budgeting, sourcing, and risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare reports promoting company policies.

Requirements of the Job

• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
• With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantage.
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.
