J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin Distribution Head to lead strategic procurement in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) and a mid-shift schedule.

Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates fluent in Mandarin; requires a bachelor's in business-related field, 3 years' procurement experience, and SAP/ERP knowledge. Beneficial to have market knowledge of suppliers and product categories.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to all undergraduates with relevant experience.
• With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• Has relevant experience in markets, suppliers, and product categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION

• Executing procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
• Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
