J-K Netwok Services in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna is seeking a Mandarin Dispatch Manager to oversee strategic procurement and supplier management in a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, a related bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of procurement experience with SAP/ERP knowledge. Salary offered is PHP 100,000 with benefits including government-mandated benefits, laptop, 13th/14th month pay, sick and vacation leave, allowances, HMO, retirement

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting company policies and values.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies by identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and aligning with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to all undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Having 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• Having relevant experience in markets, suppliers, and product categories.
