J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Project Coordinator to support supply chain and operations from Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) with a mid-shift schedule (2PM-11PM or 3PM-12MN) and a monthly salary of Php100,000.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Mandarin proficiency, and at least 3 years in strategic procurement with SAP/ERP exposure. Government benefits and performance bonuses are offered.

• Fluent Mandarin; open to Filipino-Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with other business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
• Preparing all the reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting company policies and values.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
• With relevant experience in strategic procurement at least 3 years.
• With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
