J-K Netwok Services is hiring a Mandarin Warehouse Coordinator to support procurement and supplier management in a hybrid environment in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

The role focuses on cost optimization, strategic procurement, and contract negotiations, with responsibilities spanning market analysis and performance reviews. The ideal candidate has Mandarin proficiency, a degree in a related field, and 3 years of strategic procurement experience, including SAP/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Having 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• With a background in SAP or (ERP) systems.
• Has relevant experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
• Develop procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare all the reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
