Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Pasay City is seeking Mandarin-speaking Sales Development Agents to support our Mandarin team. The role focuses on developing client relationships, lead qualification, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The position offers a dayshift schedule (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday), work-from-home setup, and benefits including 13th month pay, HMO, and other government mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MSP background.
• Mandarin and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, ensuring stakeholders receive important decisions and updates.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Solid technical and organisational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform well under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills in terms of written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Skilled in coordinating and supporting various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
