Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates fluent in Mandarin; requires a bachelor's in business-related field, 3 years' procurement experience, and SAP/ERP knowledge. Beneficial to have market knowledge of suppliers and product categories.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency required: speak, read, write.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience with supplier markets and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends and aligning with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Lead contract, pricing, and negotiations ensuring compliance with terms and targets.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and assess supply chain risk.
• Prepare reports and promote company policies and values.
