Job summary

Cacheflow is seeking a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the main point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing their needs through phone, email, and chat while working US hours.

Your responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining a positive attitude, and collaborating closely with our Success team. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with phone support experience. We offer a dynamic startup culture and a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in communicating with global colleagues and customers.
• Must have high-speed and stable internet connection (≥ 50 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Mandarin customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer needs promptly and maintain a professional attitude.
• Partner with the Success team and build/update knowledge bases.

Skills

Fluency in Mandarin

Fluency in English

Phone Support experience

Experience using help desk software

Knowledge of Payroll and related HR products
