Workstream is seeking a Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate to join our remote Customer Support team. You will be a core member, handling a broad range of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while coordinating with product and engineering to ensure successful resolutions.

We require fluency in English and Mandarin and 1–3 years in customer support. This remote role in Manila follows US business hours and offers growth opportunities within a fast‑growing Silicon Valley startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or similar roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Must have Phone Support experience.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide bilingual support with English and Mandarin.
• Maintain quick response and resolution targets, escalate to engineering as needed.
• Train junior staff and participate in product testing.
