Workstream is seeking a Mandarin Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. This remote role supports customers via chat, phone, and email, delivering bilingual assistance in English and Mandarin while aligning with US business hours.

You will troubleshoot, guide users through platform workflows, and help maintain knowledge bases. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in support, comfort with fast-changing processes, and a passion for customer success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• 1–5 years in customer support or technical support roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via chat, phone, and email.
• Provide bilingual support in English and Mandarin.
• Guide customers through Workstream features and best practices.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Contribute to product testing and process improvements.
