J-K Netwok Services in Quezon City is seeking a Mandarin Customer Care Associate to join its global outsourcing team on-site. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support for transportation, logistics, and delivery inquiries, with a shifting schedule. Requirements include Mandarin proficiency and conversational English.

Open to High School graduates, undergraduates, or Bachelor's degree holders. Prior experience is not required, though customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding transportation, logistics, and delivery.
• Assist with package tracking, shipment updates, and delivery status.
• Process refunds, returns, and order-related requests per policy.
• Support order placement, changes, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
