Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and customers
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities to support inventory and sales analysis
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to motivate and support others
• High level of organisation and attention to detail in fast-paced retail environments
• Willingness to learn and adaptability to new systems, processes, and retail practices
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations
• A passion for retail and customer service excellence
• Proficiency in using technology and point-of-sale systems (training will be provided)
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates
• Fluency in English and Filipino languages

• Supporting daily store operations and assisting in the overall management of the store

• Monitoring and supporting point-of-sale operations and cash handling procedures
• Participating in sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive store performance
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including security checks
• Gathering feedback and insights from team members and customers to identify areas for improvement
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes collaboration and professional development
