About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are eager to develop their management and leadership capabilities within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of our operations, with a particular focus on analysis and reporting functions. This role is instrumental in identifying and nurturing the next generation of managers who will drive our continued growth and operational excellence. You will work on-site in Cagayan de Oro, gaining hands-on experience across different departments and developing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting


• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team


• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail


• Eagerness to learn and develop management capabilities within the logistics and transport industry


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of or interest in supply chain, logistics, or transport operations is advantageous


• Valid driver's licence would be beneficial for site visits and operational familiarisation
