Responsibilities

About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our retail operations team. This is a full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, offering an excellent opportunity to launch your career in retail management. As a Management Trainee, you will be part of a comprehensive development programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to progress into supervisory and management roles within our store operations. This role is fundamental to building the next generation of retail leaders at ABest Express Inc., and you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of store management whilst working alongside experienced managers and team leaders.
