You will work with experienced managers to learn store operations, customer service, performance management, and business processes. You will gain hands-on experience in daily operations, sales, and team development while contributing to our retail network's success.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support team members.
• Proven customer service excellence and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Competence in basic numeracy and attention to detail, especially stock control and financial reporting.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and develop with appetite for new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail systems and technology is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the daily operations of the store, including opening/closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.
• Supporting the store management team in implementing company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Learning and applying effective customer service techniques to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management under guidance of senior managers.
• Contributing to sales targets and store performance by promoting products and engaging with customers.
• Monitoring store inventory, managing stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Supporting the implementation of promotional campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency within store operations.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant store environment in accordance with company standards.
• Developing knowledge of retail business systems, point-of-sale technology, and reporting tools.
