ABest Express Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee for its Balagtas, Bulacan retail team. This full-time role provides on-the-job training and mentorship to develop future store leaders who can oversee performance, lead staff, and drive business results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock rotations.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance with guidance from senior managers.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries/complaints.
• Support sales targets and promote products to customers.

About the role

ABest Express Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to join our retail operations team in Balagtas, Bulacan. This is a full-time position designed to develop future store leaders through comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship. As a Management Trainee, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of retail store operations, customer service, and team management. This role is your stepping stone into a rewarding career in retail management, where you will learn the skills necessary to oversee store performance, lead team members, and drive business results. You will be based at our Balagtas, Bulacan location, working full-time to support the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

What you’ll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
2. Supporting the management team in monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock rotations
3. Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management under the guidance of senior managers
4. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
