You will develop forecasts, support decision-making with data, and collaborate with partners while using PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel. This onsite role offers opportunity to impact staffing strategies directly.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in RTA/WFM.
• Front-end RTA experience required; back-end WFM experience is advantageous.
• BPO work experience is required.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel.
• College graduate.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecast and staffing models to optimize partner staffing and inform decision‑making.
• Oversee resource planning for one or more divisions; anticipate issues and opportunities.
• Build relationships with business partners; communicate trends with data and support recommendations.
• Identify initiatives or changes that could impact volume or staffing; assess effects on staffing requirements.
• Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact centers; maintain forecasting models using standard and advanced techniques.
• Monitor staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) and advise actions to align with plan.

• - Build strong working relationships with business partners; communicate trends or concerns proactively and support recommendations with data
• - Collaborate with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives or changes that could impact volume or staffing; assess how changes in business drivers will affect staffing requirements
• - Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments; maintain and update forecasting models using standard and advanced statistical techniques
