Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an Operations Manager (Mall Management) to oversee the overall management and operational performance of a mall property in Cebu City. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and a positive shopping environment while driving customer engagement and patronage.

You will lead building administration, tenant relations, and operational reporting, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in mall or property operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of facilities management and safety compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and prepare operational reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee Building Administration & Property Management to ensure safe, clean, and functional mall facilities.
Serve as primary liaison with mall tenants, enforce policies, and cultivate cooperative relationships.
Monitor Tenant Sales Performance and support tenants in improving productivity and staffing for service quality.
Collaborate with Marketing to plan mall events, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
Manage day-to-day administrative functions including reporting, budgeting, and team supervision.
