Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Manage tenant relationships and ensure lease compliance and onboarding.
• Monitor operating budgets and support revenue/occupancy targets.
• Enhance customer experience and foot traffic through programs and events.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the operations team for high service quality.
