Job summary

Asticom is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to support operational excellence across a mall property in Metro Manila. You will help drive strategic alignment, ensure compliance, and contribute to efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

You will work with the Operations Manager to manage daily functions, conduct inspections, and maintain high property standards. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in Operations Management within retail or property management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, facilitation, and training capabilities across all organizational levels.
• Solid skills in project management, planning, people management, and leadership.
• Working understanding of the relationship between financial performance and overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager or General Manager in communicating and aligning the strategic direction and objectives of the Operations Department within your specific mall assignment
• Support the day-to-day management and administration of operations functions and processes for your assigned mall, covering Mall Operations, Safety, Security, and Sustainability, and Facility Management
• Conduct daily mall inspections (opening, mid-shift, and closing) to ensure merchants, customers, and internal teams comply with established operating systems and procedures
• Contribute to the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce Direct Operating Expenses (DOEs)
• Document and analyze operational data and reports to identify root causes of issues, and develop practical recommendations to improve policies and processes
• Identify, document, and elevate health and safety risks related to mall facilities that may affect employees, merchants, contractors, patrons, and the general public
• Help maintain high property standards through routine checks and preventive maintenance — including cleanliness, air conditioning levels, lighting …
• Resolve conflicts and disputes involving merchants, customers, and visitors in coordination with security teams, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Prepare and submit Daily Operations Inspection and Monitoring Summary, Cost Savings Initiatives and Projects Summary, and KRA Setting and Monitoring for Operations Staff reports
• Perform other management-assigned duties as required
