Asticom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee P&L, budgets, revenue, and receivables for a designated mall, center, or area in Metro Manila. You will monitor financial performance, guide merchant relations, and drive improvements across operations to meet service standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in mall/retail/property, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong track record in budgeting and financial analysis. This position is based on-site in Makati.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5–8 years in mall, retail, property, or related industry.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mall/retail operations and leasing processes.
• Proven budget management and financial analysis experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for P&L, budget, revenue, and receivables for the assigned area.
• Monitor financial performance, including gross revenues and expenses.
• Analyze merchant sales performance vs budgets and targets.
• Implement billing/collection guidelines with timely payments.
• Prepare and manage quarterly budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained site conditions.
• Identify operational improvements to boost customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with merchants to support growth.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Operations Associates.
