Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management.
• Strong experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective leasing strategies.
• Mall/retail/commercial property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and maintain high occupancy.
• Manage lease negotiations, contracts, and renewals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
• Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve category balance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management to support tenant performance.
• Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with leases and mall policies.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
