Job summary

Responsibilities include advising on product/service mix, integrating sales and marketing functions, and achieving target rental income while ensuring tenant satisfaction with mall regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of leasing/real estate and retail experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with international/high-end brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and create strategies to increase tenant occupancy.
• Review, analyze and advise on product/service mix concepts and contractual obligations.
• Oversee administration and integration of sales and marketing to improve tenant performance.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within mall policies and regulations.
• Fill tenancy requirements of the mall assignment and ensure best tenant mix.
