Job summary

Ayala Malls Philippines is seeking an IT Associate to manage and support Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure sales reporting compliance for percentage-paying merchants across the mall. The role includes providing technical support, managing IT equipment, and coordinating with Ayala Malls Group IT to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: POS systems and sales reporting for merchants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate IT activities with corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor POS compliance for merchants’ sales reporting.
• Maintain and support POS applications, systems, and network connections across the mall.
• Ensure timely submission of POS reports to Compliance and Mall Operations.
• Provide troubleshooting for merchants’ POS-related issues and supervise POS IT equipment.
• Oversee inventory, deployment, and maintenance of mall POS and IT hardware.
• Prepare and manage annual IT budgets for systems and upgrades.
• Deliver helpdesk and technical support to mall corporate users, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with Ayala Malls Group IT on standards, upgrades, and escalation.
