Job summary

Ayala Malls in the Philippines is seeking a Mall IT Associate to support the administration, maintenance, and reliability of the mall’s IT systems, POS applications, and IT equipment.

You will work with Mall Operations, merchants, and Ayala Malls Group IT to ensure accurate POS reporting, timely issue resolution, and smooth IT operations across our malls. Prior IT/POS support experience is preferred, along with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–4 years IT/POS experience preferred.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of POS and hardware troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements.
• Administer all POS applications and connections.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of POS reports for submission to Ayala Malls Group Compliance Team and Mall Operations.
• Support merchants' POS-related concerns, supervision/administration of POS IT equipment.
• Supervision/Administration of Mall Corporate IT Equipment and coordination with Ayala Malls Group IT.

The Mall IT Associate is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and reliability of the mall’s IT systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) applications, and IT equipment. The role ensures the accuracy and completeness of POS reports, monitors compliance with sales monitoring requirements, provides technical and helpdesk support to merchants and corporate users, and oversees the proper functioning of IT equipment and connectivity. Working closely with Mall Operations, merchants, and Ayala Malls Group IT, the position also supports IT requirements, budget preparation, and the resolution of technical concerns to ensure efficient, reliable, and well-maintained mall IT operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer the compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in POS and hardware troubleshooting is preferred
• With good communication skill and able to multitask.
