Job summary

SM City Davao is seeking a Customer Relations Services Representative to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers, employees, guests, and tenants. The role focuses on executing the mall’s security programs and upholding company standards and regulations.

You will conduct inspections, monitor compliance, and document incidents; you will also support operations and orientation for new tenants.

• Investigate and report security incidents while ensuring proper record management and orientation for new tenants.
