SM Supermalls, a leading regional mall operator, seeks a Customer Relations Services Representative (Security) for SM City Pampanga in San Fernando. You will help implement security programs to maintain a safe, orderly environment for customers, employees, and tenants, aligning with company standards and government laws.

Responsibilities include inspections, monitoring compliance, and documenting incidents.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field.
• Registered Criminologist preferred.
• 1–2 years of work experience in security or customer service.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement security programs and protocols to maintain a safe and orderly environment in the mall.
• Conduct regular inspections and address security issues in coordination with mall operations.
• Monitor compliance and documentation including attendance, incident reports, and policy violations.
• Investigate and report security incidents while ensuring proper record management and orientation for new tenants.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through training and participation in professional growth initiatives.
