CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician in Antipolo.

The role involves general and preventative maintenance across building systems, with hands-on tasks spanning windows, doors, plumbing, lighting, and grounds. You will coordinate with contractors and perform regular HVAC inspections, including filter changes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, can handle minor carpentry and plumbing, and is available for on-site work at the Antipolo

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work
• Basic plumbing repair works
• Respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to work at 182 P. Oliveros St., corner Gen. Luna and J.P. Rizal St., Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City

Responsibilities
