Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general and preventative maintenance on facilities in Lapu-Lapu City. The role requires coordinating with contractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

Responsibilities include annual inspections, responding to after-hours emergencies, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The position offers permanent, full-time employment with standard benefits and salary increases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
• Respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to be assigned in Lapu - Lapu City

• Maintenance tasks include cleaning of windows, doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, and grounds upkeep.
• Coordinates major work with contractors for air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.
• Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance including HVAC filter changes.

Job description

Job Functions:

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.

Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance

Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.

Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician;
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to be assigned in Lapu - Lapu City

Knowledgeable on the following:

• Genset operation
• Electrical system operation & maintenance
• UPS operation
• FDAS operation
• HVAC operation & maintenance (knowledge in chiller operation is an advantage)
• CRAC/PACU operation
• Fire pump operation
